At Heartlight Chiropractic, we are closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 (the latest strain of the coronavirus) and are following all warnings and requirements reported by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We completely understand your concern for your health and the health of our community. We are not people who react and panic. Rather, we are committed to being a voice of calm and reason in a season that is very scary for many in our community. We all are working to be a part of the solution.
We have soap and water available for all patients. Our team has more than doubled our already rigorous cleaning schedule, wiping down all counters and adjusting surfaces, light switches, bathrooms, and equipment using a medical grade cleaning solution. Our staff remains healthy and committed to serving our community’s health. We are committed to cleaning the adjusting tables between each family, and washing our hands after each patient. Additionally, we are fully stocked with our cleaning materials and are glad to do extra cleaning by request.
We value the autonomy of our patients, and would never hold them to appointments they are not comfortable keeping. We encourage our patients to reschedule to a time that is less busy to better practice “social distancing.” We do ask that notice is given as far in advance as possible to allow other patients to take advantage of appointment times.
Again, Heartlight Chiropractic is monitoring and following all recommendations by the MDH, CDC and WHO and will keep our community apprised of any changes.
